IMPER-ROCA es el impermeabilizante térmico con anti-moho y anti-salitre, de alta calidad y efectividad por su composición química cuidadosamente seleccionada por profesionales en el ramo de la construcción.

Su triple acción de Resinas Acrílicas Afibratadas (RAAF) para la impermeabilización. De fácil aplicación y secado rápido, sus micro-partículas (RAAF) penetran sellando toda filtración de humedad, goteras, grietas (1mm) y teniendo alta adherencia a las superficies.

IMPER-ROCA is the thermal waterproofing with anti-mold and anti-saltpetre, of high quality and effectiveness due to its chemical composition carefully selected by professionals in the construction field.

Its triple action of Fiber-Reinforced Acrylic Resins (RAAF) for waterproofing. Easy to apply and quick drying, its micro-particles (RAAF) penetrate sealing all moisture filtration, leaks, cracks (1mm) and has high adhesion to surfaces.

1. LIMPIEZA Y PREPARACIÓN:

  • Superficie completamente seca y limpia
  • Libre de hongos, grasas, aceites
  • Remover material suelto con cepillo o escoba
  • Losas nuevas: mínimo 30 días de curado
  • Para grietas, usar cemento plástico ROCA-TEX

2. HERRAMIENTAS Y APLICACIÓN:

  • Rodillo, cepillo de ixtle o brocha:
  • Primera capa uniforme, secar 35-45 min.
  • Segunda capa transversal, secar 30-45 min.

  • For cracks, use ROCA-TEX plastic cement

  • First even coat, dry 35-45 min.
