SELLA-ROCA es un sellador acrílico térmico hidrófugo de alta penetración profunda, con protección anti-moho y anti-salitre. Disponible en acabado transparente y blanco.

Su composición química de Resinas Acrílicas Afibratadas (RAAF) ofrece mejor calidad y durabilidad por más tiempo. Sus micropartículas penetran y sellan, evitando toda filtración de humedad.

SELLA-ROCA is a thermal acrylic water-repellent sealant of high deep penetration, with anti-mold and anti-saltpeter protection. Available in transparent and white finish.

Its chemical composition of Fibered Acrylic Resins (RAAF) offers better quality and durability for longer time. Its microparticles penetrate and seal, preventing any moisture infiltration.

MODO DE APLICACIÓN - 3 PASOS / APPLICATION METHOD - 3 STEPS

1. LIMPIEZA Y PREPARACIÓN:

  • Superficie completamente limpia y seca
  • Libre de hongos, grasas, aceites
  • Remover material suelto con cepillo o escoba
  • Para grietas, usar cemento plástico ROCA-TEX

2. HERRAMIENTAS Y APLICACIÓN:

  • Rodillo o brocha: Primera capa uniforme, secar 30-45 min. Segunda capa transversal, secar 30-45 min.
  • Pistola de aire: Diluir 20% con thinner, misma aplicación

  • Free of mold, grease, oils
  • Remove loose material with brush or broom
  • For cracks, use ROCA-TEX plastic cement

2. TOOLS AND APPLICATION:

  • Roller or brush: First even coat, dry 30-45 min. Second cross coat, dry 30-45 min.
  • Spray gun: Dilute 20% with thinner, same application
